Day 01: Delhi – Leh by Flight
No services in Delhi.
Flight: Indigo 0915/1040 Hrs. (Flight fare is not included in below price)
Leh Airport Pickup (4 Kms | 15 minutes approx.)
Arrive at Leh airport, meet and greet by our representative and transfer to your hotel. Check in to the hotel and get proper rest to acclimatize. Later, in the evening visit the Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Night stay in Leh.
Day 02: Leh
Breakfast at the hotel. Later you will have local sightseeing of Leh.
Visit Thiksey Monastery & Shey Monastery and continue the journey to Chuchot to witness an exhilarating traditional Ladakhi polo match & Cultural show, showcasing the region’s unique sporting heritage. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 03: Leh – Sham Valley (140 Kms | 5-6 hrs. approx.)
After breakfast proceed for Sham Valley, visit Likir, Alchi Monastery, Sangam (Confluence of Zanskar & Indus Rivers,Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara and Hall of Fame Museum. Night stay in Sham Valley.
Day 04: Sham Valley to Dha – Hanu to Sham (Kms / 3-4 hrs.)
After breakfast proceed to Aryan Valley via Khaltse. Depart from the Srinagar highway, tracing the Indus River’s course until reaching Achinathang. Continue the drive to Beema village, exploring monasteries and the villages of Dah-Beema, inhabited by the unique Drokpa people. Engage with the locals, gaining insights into their daily life and the adaptations crucial to their seasonal lifestyle. The Drokpa, with pure Indo-Aryan descent, maintain their racial purity and distinct cultural characteristics. Return to Sham, with an enroute visit to Lamayuru Monastery and Moonland. Night stay in Sham.
Day 05: Sham Valley – Leh (140 Kms | 5-6 hrs. approx.)
After breakfast proceed for Leh enroute visit Magnetic Hill, and the Hall of Fame. On arrival check into the hotel. Night stay in Leh.
Day 06: Leh – Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)
After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla. You can take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. On arrival check in to the hotel/camp. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari (double humped camel which are found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. Night stay in Nubra Valley.
Day 07: Nubra – Turtuk – Thang – Nubra (190 Kms | 6-7 hrs. approx.)
After breakfast, drive to Thang (the last village of India on the India-Pakistan border), captured by the Indian Army in the 1971 war. Enroute, visit Turtuk and Tyakshi. O/N: Nubra Valley.
Day 08: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok river road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx)
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrival at Camp, later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. Night stay in Pangong Lake.
Day 09: Pangong Lake – Leh (140 Kms | 4-5 hrs. approx.)
Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh, on arrival check in the hotel & free for your own. Night stay in Leh.
Day 10: Leh – Delhi by Flight.
Flight: Air India 1235/1355 Hrs. (Flight fare is not included in below price)
Breakfast and transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, you will be in transit and later connect your international flight to onward destination. No Services in Delhi.
Journey Ends.
